This is why you must always put on sun cream

You would think that someone who works in the beauty industry would know all about skincare.

At least know the basics, like always, always applying sun cream, especially when visiting the beach.

But it seems that not everyone follows this must when it comes to their skincare routine.

Sirin Murad, a 25-year-old beautician from London, lay on a beach in Bulgaria for thirty minutes.

The aftermath of her experience was anything but relaxing. She woke up to find that her skin had changed in texture.

She did not apply any sunscreen, and awoke to find her face slightly sore and her skin slightly red.

So she continued to enjoy her time outside.

The aftermath of her careless skincare was seen the day after when she found her skin to be extremely painful and tight.

So tight that parts of her face looked like it had turned plastic.

Sirin did not seek medical attention and found that the pain had gotten worse. She stuck it out and after some time her skin began to peel.

It took almost two months for her skin to recover, but she still has some patches of discolouration.

This is why any skincare professional will tell you that it is important to apply sunscreen.

The effects of the sun as well other environmental factors can cause damage to your skin.

We're not sure what happened with her beautician career, because it must've been difficult to work with a plastic forehead...
