Dad figures out how to stop his child's tantrums
Updated | By The Workzone with Elana Afrika-Bredenkamp
Sometimes, taking a lighthearted approach to things can make a huge difference.
Today is the start of a month dedicated to women. Women from different backgrounds have fought various battles and overcome their struggles daily.
However, we must recognise fathers' roles in the rise of strong women.
Fathers who are present and invested have contributed to the growth of strong women. They have contributed to women they have helped raise in ways that only daughters can understand.
A father who caught the attention of the content-sharing group 'Pubity' impressed us with his tantrum-stopping method. We guess we can always trust a dad to approach things differently than a mom.
That's the thing with parenting: sometimes we can try something, and it works (and we have to keep cool without showing our excitement), and then other times we can try the same thing, and it can be a total fail.
This family were out sharing a meal together and their toddler had a tantrum. Dad quickly realised that he had to approach this differently and went with his gut. Luckily, his idea worked and it ended with laughter.
