New parents are all too familiar with not having enough sleep. Over and above waking up to feed, there is colic and, of course, teething.

We recently shared a great inexpensive hack that one mom posted to TikTok where she gave her teething babies spring onions to chew on.

It was quite interesting to note the natural ways of trying to soothe the pain and discomfort that babies go through during teething.

As a community of parents, we don't realise how much we share in experiences until we actually share our experiences.

One dad did just that when he shared his experience of sitting up with his wide-eyed infant at 3am.

In the video, dad pans from himself to his infant lying between pillows and she is blowing raspberries. She seems to be enjoying it and from experience we can say that many infants do this as it soothes their gums.

Social media is a great tool to ask for help and this dad did just that. He asked other parents for tips on how to handle sleep regression. This is when a baby starts to experience poor sleep habits.
