This penguin is given a new lease on life

Just like us humans, the creatures of the world also need a little help sometimes to function at their optimal levels.

This penguin at the San Diego Zoo had been struggling with a degenerative foot problem - and a solution was found!

In other penguin news, the London Zoo recently held their annual weigh-in to keep track of the health of all its stunning creatures.

Some of the animals were not keen on the process of having all their vitals checked, but the penguins seemed to have an amazing time - mainly because they were given a tasty treat of fish.
