WATCH: Bullying is not okay! A mom takes action after seeing son in tears

A mother says her heart is in pieces after listening to her son share his experience with school bullies. 

She shared a video of her emotional son talking about how he was picked on by other kids during a PE class. 

It's certainly sad to watch him struggle to understand 'why' they are doing this, but it's also inspiring to see how his mother talked to him about the situation.

One of the key takeaways from what he says in the video for us was: 

"I do nothing to bother them and they go out of their way to bother me." 

Being a kid is not easy! Kids also have issues based on their own experiences and some then take them out on others. It's definitely a battlefield for children.

Many people showed their support in the comments section, with some even drawing from their own experiences. 

And as we have seen so often, most of the time a bully is just someone who has been bullied and is trying to exert their sense of power and control. 

We think it wise that this mother, Rose Valenciia, shared this video and also the advice that it does start with parents. 

We have the power to help our kids and stop the bullying from moving on to someone else. If you don't know how then seek help from counselors and therapists who can help with bullying, and share advice on how to manage it with your kids.
