When you realise your kid is eating someone else's chewed gum

Something to chew on for parents...
As parents, we can fully attest to the fact that sometimes we mess up.
And for those of you who have high expectations and hold all parents in that high standard, stop! Because becoming a parent doesn't turn you into a superhero and if you feel so strongly about it, then remember that even superheroes make mistakes.
As more and more parents come into their own by admitting that they are learning just as their kids are learning, we can firmly say we appreciate their honesty.
So often, we shame ourselves for messing up as parents when we veer off the recommended path. We are expected to always be aware and watch over our kids, but is that realistic?
One mother reminded us that it's okay to laugh about our mistakes.
Watch what happened when this mother was focused on taking a cute video of her baby at the airport and missed the moment her kid picked up chewed gum from the seat.

- "Whole airport woulda been ina state of emergency from the way I’d have screamed"
- "Omgggggg it’s ok it’s building the immune system"
- "Ay yo😩.. walking in the mall, my baby cousin was all of a sudden chewing gum. We ask where it came from..she pointed to the TRASH CAN LID"
