We've all been there when we are forced to sacrifice the foods we love to eat to improve our health.

Sometimes, chronic conditions can put a real twist on things when it comes to enjoying the foods that make us feel good.

In this case, a TikToker shared the fact that she was lactose intolerant, which generally means that she shouldn't be eating foods that have lactose in it, in other words, dairy.

At first glance, it looked like she was going to complain about a product at Woolworths.

But it quickly shifted as she revealed that even though she was lactose intolerant, she gave into her weakness by indulging in Woolworths Chocolate Mousse.

Her 'grievance' was the ease and conveniently smaller pot of chocolate mousse that was so ideal that she could finish it in one sitting.

Check out how she questions their motives in creating this pot and also thanks them for it.

It was nice to see people relating with her and then also asking Woolworths to create a mousse that was lactose intolerant friendly.
