WATCH: South Korea squad pelted with eggs upon return from World Cup

The South Korea soccer team had eggs and Union Jack pillows thrown at them as they returned home from the World Cup.
The South Korea squad returned home from the 2018 World Cup on Friday at Incheon International Airport and had a few eggs thrown at them.
The Taeguk Warriors gave us a memorable game when they defeated Germany 2-0 in Kazan to eliminate the defending champions but apparently that wasn't enough for some people.
Fans gathered to greet the players as they appeared at the airport. As they stood respectively on the red carpet, a few unimpressed fans saw it fit to throw eggs and pillows at the players. An incident similar to this took place four years ago, at the same airport when the team had sweets thrown at them.
