Dog helps ease patients' nerves during visit to dentist
Updated | By Poelano Malema
A dog in Chicago by the name of Jojo has become a big hit for those visiting the Pediatric Northbrook Dentistry.
Jojo, a Golden retriever, is trained to provide support and affection to people in times of distress.
The six-year-old dog was brought in by his human mom who works at the clinic, to help ease patients' nerves during visits to the dentistry. He does this by sitting on their laps and helping them keep calm.
He is even listed on the staff list on the clinic's website.
Not only does he help those at the dentist, but Jojo often visits nursing homes and centers for people with disabilities to offer them comfort. How adorable!
