South Africa is not a 'happy place'
South Africa is apparently one of the unhappiest places on Earth.
This is according to the latest Happy Planet Index, which “measures how well nations are doing at achieving long, happy, sustainable lives.”

In the latest report, which ranked 140 countries, South Africa came in 128th spot, making it the 13th worst place on earth for long-term sustainable living, Businesstech reported. This is reportedly due to its high levels of inequality, a lower life expectancy, and poor levels of ecological progress.
