Social media has improved our connections with people, but the continuous connection also has its dangers, especially when you break up with your boyfriend or girlfriend.
Some ex’s have been blocked. Some ‘like’
and ‘comment’. Others just hang around and stalk your profile.
While there are those who never unfriend, never engage and never stalk. They're simply just there.
Is it healthy though?
