The Good Morning Angels Golf Day 2023 this past Friday at Centurion Country Club was an amazing success. With the help, contribution, effort, and creativity of our participants and sponsors, we managed to raise over R4.2-million to change lives for good!

A total of 60 companies contributed to the day and we cannot thank them enough!

Here are some results:

GOLF

They raised R9,400 through activation on their hole. They are also sponsoring R10,000 in food parcels for a school, five learnerships valued at R500,000 and their friends, Northam Platinum Mines, who played golf but could not attend the dinner, donated R55,000 to the Good Morning Angels Fund.

HOLE SPONSOR COMPETITION

We ran a special competition for our incredible hole sponsors, who went out of their way to make the day fun and adding to the Good Morning Angels Fund in creative ways. We announced last week that the Best Hole Activation will win R150,000.

The competition was so fierce that our Jacaranda FM management added prizes for the 2nd and 3rd places as well:

3rd place: Willard batteries wins R50,000 airtime on Jacaranda FM

2nd place: Simonsvlei Wines wins R75,000 airtime on Jacaranda FM

1st place: SafetyGrip/Jodan wins R150,000 airtime on Jacaranda FM

SafetyGrip also gave R10 for every shot played at the golf day… 12-thousand-180 shots played comes to another R121,800 to the Good Morning Angels Fund!

The auction raised another R676,500 for the Good Morning Angles Fund - thank you to our prize sponsors and buyers!
