EXCLUSIVE: Jacaranda FM surprises Comrades runner and fiancé with wedding
We found the real Prudence and the Breakfast with Martin Bester listeners had a few big surprises for this special couple!
As he was completing the 90km Comrades Marathon on Sunday, Joseph Kagiso Ndlovu proposed to his girlfriend.
Ndlovu pulled out a sign which read, “Prudence, will you marry me? Run 90km for you”, as he finished the marathon.

On Tuesday, he revealed on Breakfast with Martin Bester that his girlfriend accepted the proposal.
The Pretoria man also shared that Sunday, the day of the proposal, was the 10th anniversary of his wife's death. He believed it was time for him to move on and therefore proposed to his girlfriend, Prudence.
The pair was surprised by the Breakfast with Martin Bester listeners after receiving generous sponsors for their special day, which included a ring, a wedding dress, and much more.

They had been dating for four months at the time of the proposal.

She later headed to Twitter to "apologise for the confusion" and said that some "good samaritans started offering their services towards the couple's wedding".
