High in protein and low in fat, chicken livers are a staple in many homes.
They are also an excellent source of iron.
Although there are different types of animal liver, such as beef liver or lamb liver, that people eat, WebMD states that all types of liver are richer in vitamins and minerals than muscle meats.
The publication adds that the liver is also a good source of Vitamin C, Potassium, Phosphorus, and Copper.
Different methods can be used to cook liver. Regardless of the method you use, liver is quick to make.

Ingredients
- 250g Chicken livers
- Cooking oil
- Diced onion
- Diced green pepper
- One teaspoon of crushed garlic
- One teaspoon of curry powder
- Worcester sauce
- A teaspoon of chicken spice
- Teaspoon of paprika
- Tablespoon of tomato source
- Grated tomato
Method
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add onion and green pepper.
- Add curry
- Add garlic.
- Add chicken livers.
- Add grated tomatoes and Worcester source.
- Add the rest of the spices.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Let it simmer for a while and then serve.
