Updated | By MornéJK
Singer, Jacques Terre'blanch launched another Afrikaans song, Ek Verlang and says it is time that he enters the patriotic Afrikaans market.

It is his second Afrikaans single after releasing a reworked version of Droomvrou earlier this year and he says he dedicated the step to his father, who was Afrikaans.
Jacques is best known as a finalist on the second season of the M-Net reality television competition Idols way back in in 2003 but has made name for himself as an amazing artists and songwriter.
The 33-year-old says after the death of his father last year he decided to record his dad's favourite song, Droomvrou as a tribute.
"Since signing with Sony Select I have had the opportunity to sit with the guys from the label and write some amazing pieces of music," Jacques said.
He added that Ek Verlang is about missing someone you can't live without.
"Simply someone that you possibly won't ever be able to see again," he said
He said that he knows his dad is looking down from heaven, saying: "I told you so!"
