Katy Perry and Ryan Phillipe not dating
Ryan Phillipe has taken to social media to clear up reports that he has been getting down and dirty with pop singer Katy Perry.
Katy, who split from Orlando Bloom earlier this year, also took to social media and had some fun with the tweets, saying she has never even met Phillipe.
Phillipe broke up with Reese Witherspoon two years ago - a break-up that had fans weeping and ever since tabloids have been trying to link him to various a list women.
In a now-viral tweet that Phillippe wrote in emphatic all caps that he was "NOT DATING KATY PERRY" in an effort to get rid of the paparazzi who have been camping outside his house since the rumours started.

Meanwhile, Katy had some fun with the tweets, replying to his plea with: "Hi, nice to meet you, sorry bout that @RyanPhillippe carry on, lol."
In a recent interview Katy said that she was taking some time off from the dating scene to find herself.
"First and foremost, I am trying to love myself," she said.
