The 'Mysterious Girl' hitmaker admitted he required some help to make his manhood more impressive in an infamous picture from his 2012 calendar shot.
He said: "Listen, I was determined to prove that a lot of these models, whether you're well blessed or not, love to put socks down there.
"At the end of the day, you've got to because it's a photo shoot.
"I have no fear of telling people this is what they do - this is what I'm going to do and this is how good it looks.
"[There was] just a quarter of one. I didn't need any more than that. No, I had a full pair folded up."
Peter was known for his six pack stomach in his 90s pop hey day and was delighted to get his toned physique back while training for 'Strictly Come Dancing' last year as he usually "can't be bothered" to work so hard.
He told heat magazine: "My abs have been hibernating for years but they're starting to make an appearance.
"I'm wondering if at some point on this tour I might have to do a 20-year flashback.
"When I did 'Strictly' I got them back to my 'Mysterious Girl' days. I should have done a photoshoot - I don't know why I didn't.
"I'm one of those people that, because I trained so much when I was a kid, if I really set my mind to it for two or three months, I can have it straight back.
"But the point is, I can't be bothered half the time - I love my food too much."
