5 people, toddler, killed in Limpopo crash

Five people, including a toddler,
were killed in a head-on collision in Mookgopong in Limpopo on Thursday.
The provincial department of transport's Matome Tauyatswala says a bakkie with five people on board, slammed head-on into another vehicle.
"Five people, including the driver of the bakkie and the toddler died instantly and three other people sustained injuries,” Matome says.
He says the process of identifying the deceased in still underway, while the three injured people are recovering in hospital.

“We can tell you that the deceased travelling in the bakkie were travelling from Zimbabwe to South Africa."
Matome says motorists are once again urged to rest when driving long distance.
