Amcu official shot dead in Rustenburg
An Amcu regional official was gunned down at Luka village outside Rustenburg, the union said on Monday.
Amcu co-ordinator Abram Seakatso said Colin Petlele was shot dead at his parents' home on Sunday.
"I can confirm that our regional chairman of health and safety was killed in Luka. I met with the family last night. It is true he was shot dead," Seakatso said.
He said Petlele worked at Impala before he was promoted to the region.
No further information was available.
