The three suspects arrested in connection with the kidnapping of Amy-Leigh de Jager are expected to make their first appearance in the Vanderbijlpark Magistrates Court on Monday.
The six-year-old was grabbed outside Kollegepark Primary School on Monday and returned to her family 24 hours later.
The suspects, two women aged 27 and 40, as well as a 50-year-old man, were arrested at their homes in Vanderbijlpark on Wednesday.
The suspects include a teacher at Amy-Leigh’s school.
National police spokesperson Vish Naidoo says they are expected to face charges of kidnapping.
"Further charges can be expected depending on how the investigations unfold.
"At this stage, investigations are continuing and we cannot rule out the possibility of further arrests being effected.”
