ANC MPs warned not to vote with their conscience
Updated | By Samkelo Maseko
ANC Secretary General Gwede Mantashe has warned ruling party MPs not vote with their conscience, but to rather toe the party line during tomorrow's vote of no confidence in President Jacob Zuma.

Mantashe briefed the media in Johannesburg after the party's National Working Committee meeting.
Mantashe described the DA's vote of no confidence as frivolous, saying it has become an annual ritual which is fast losing its meaning.
He is adamant the DA has absolutely no chance of succeeding.
"Voting according to conscience does not work in a party political system. We'll go the Parliament as parliamentarians of the ANC. So is the case with other parties. I'm not expecting any member of the opposition parties to vote according to conscience. I'm expecting them to vote according to their parties," says Mantashe.
