ANC ‘recalls’ President Zuma, gives him until tomorrow to respond

The African National
Congress’ (ANC) National Executive Committee (ANC) has informed President Jacob
Zuma of its decision to ‘recall’ him as head of state.
ANC secretary general Ace Magashule briefed the media at Luthuli House following Tuesday’s marathon NEC meeting.
Magashule said President Zuma wanted three to six months before clearing his desk at the Union Buildings, but the NEC refused this request.

President Zuma now has until Wednesday to respond.
