Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Suspended Eskom Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Anoj Singh is set to appear before the Portfolio Committee on Public Enterprises on Tuesday.
The committee is probing alleged state capture at the power utility.
The committee will hear testimony from Singh and interim Eskom board chairman, Zethembe Khoza.
AmaBhungane revealed that Singh allegedly allowed billions in public money to slip into the pockets of the controversial Gupta family as CFO at Transnet and Eskom.
The committee's chairperson, Zukiswa Rantho says the officials were invited to the Eskom inquiry to answer on the mismanagement of state funds at state-owned enterprises.
