Eskom eased load shedding to stage 5 on Sunday.

The power utility said the stage 5 rolling blackouts will be implemented until further notice.
This comes after utility implemented stage 6 power cuts over the weekend due to failed units in the grid.
"Eskom will closely monitor the power system and communicate any changes to load shedding should it be required," said Eskom spokesperson, Daphne Mokoena.
"Unplanned outages are at 17 595MW of generating capacity, while the capacity out of service for planned maintenance is at 6 885MW.”
