eThekwini reopens 3 more beaches ahead of festive season
Three more beaches in eThekwini have been reopened to the public after they passed water quality tests following previously detected high levels of E.Coli.
This comes as the water quality of Country Club, Winkelspruit and Anstey's beaches have shown signs of improvement and acceptable standards.
However, eThekwini says while water quality at Umdloti, Laguna and Bronze beaches has reached acceptable standards, they will still remain closed for now.
The same also goes for Addington, Brighton, Reunion, South, Westbrook, Umhlanga and eThekwini beaches.
