Extra police units brought in to search for missing Durban baby
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
The search continues for a missing one-month-old baby girl from Durban this morning.

Little Siwaphiwe was in her mother's car when it was hijacked near the City View Shopping Centre yesterday.
According to police, two armed men forced Siwaphiwe's mother, Sibongile, and her 8-year-old brother out of the car before speeding off with the baby still inside.
The white Toyota Yaris was found abandoned in Montclair a few hours later, but the child was missing.
Police spokesperson Thulani Zwane says they are still appealing to the members of the community to help them in locating the baby.
"Maybe someone saw the child, maybe someone witnessed the incident...please come forward and give us information so that the child can be reunited with the parents," says Zwane.
Zwane says additional police units are now involved in the search
"Our search will continue today involving other police units as well as other role players," says Zwane.
Zwane says they are still investigating the motive behind the hijacking.
"At this stage we can't say it is domestic related. We are still searching. Once we find the baby, then we will start looking for the suspects," says Zwane.
