Five suspected truck arsonists to appear in court in Mpumalanga

National police spokesperson Athlenda Mathe says five suspects arrested in connection with arson attacks on trucks will appear in court tomorrow.
At least 20 trucks have been torched in four provinces.
Trucks had been targeted in KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and Gauteng.
On Thursday night, police arrested a third suspect in connection with the spate of arson attacks on trucks.
To date, a total of five suspects have been arrested.
Mathe said all the five suspects were arrested in Mpumalanga.
"Two more suspects have been arrested for the torching of trucks. Thus far, five suspects have been arrested in Mpumalanga. The search for more suspects continues."
The suspects are expected to appear in court on Monday.
