Hlaudi Motsoeneng to petition Supreme Court overruling to pay back R11m to SABC
Updated | By Makhosazane Twala
Former SABC chief operating officer Hlaudi Motsoeneng says he will petition the Supreme Court of Appeal after the Gauteng High Court, Pretoria, refused him leave to appeal its ruling that he has to pay back R11 million to the public broadcaster.

In terms of the ruling, he had to pay within seven days or lose his R8m pension fund.
Motsoeneng states it is still early for him to make any official comments regarding paying back the money
“I’m unable to answer until the matters have been finalised by the High Court, remember there is an appeal to Supreme Court and Constitutional court so it still has a long way to go.”
