Iconic item stolen at Mandela museum in Soweto

Gauteng police are investigating a case of theft after a World Championship boxing belt belonging to former president Nelson Mandela was stolen at his museum.
The precious artifact was stolen at Mandela's house on Vilakazi Street in Orlando, Soweto two weeks ago.
The collection was a gift from legendary American boxer Sugar Ray Leonard.
According to police spokesperson Dimakatso Sello the belt was valued at R50 000.
No arrests have been made.
