Limpopo records third Covid-related death
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
Limpopo has recorded its third coronavirus-related death, the province's Health MEC Phophi Ramathuba said on Thursday.

The province, according to the MEC, has recorded 41 confirmed cases of Covid-19. Only 10 cases remain active and in isolation while 28 others have recovered.
"The recorded death is again from the private sector, Netcare Pholoso Hospital, and the deceased is a 76-year-old male with a known heart problem who needed an emergency life-saving procedure to keep his heart working," said Ramathuba.
The man died on the operating table.
"He had also tested Covid-19 positive and therefore reported as a Covid-19 death. Currently, there are no Covid-19 patients admitted in our hospitals, both public and private,” the MEC added.
