Makhura made the announcement during a question session in the provincial legislature on Tuesday afternoon.

He told MPLs that the corruption scandals involving the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE) has dented the image of the province.
The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) is proving more than 100 Covid-19 tenders awarded by the provincial government.
"Having been the champions of the open tender system we are now taking to the EXCO meeting a system where all the tenders will be published, not just PPE tenders; to introduce a system where the public has to know," said Makhura.
He dismissed reports that he had personal relations with the former CFO at the Department of Health, Kabelo Lehloenya, who has been implicated in corruption at the department by the SIU.
