Man arrested for explosives, drugs
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
Police in Gauteng have arrested a 42-year-old man after he was found in possession of drugs in Dunnottar, Nigel during a stop and search operation on Thursday.
Police spokesperson Captain Kay Makhubela says this led police to a house where they recovered dagga, explosives and ammunition for R5s and a pistol.
"He was in possession of enough drugs to suspect that he might be a dealer, so that is what led the police to his house," says Makhubela.
Makhubela says they have not linked him to anyone else yet.
"He is going to appear before the Nigel Magistrate's Court facing charges of possession of ammunition as well as possession of drugs and explosives," says Makhubela.
