Mangosuthu Buthelezi tests positive for Covid-19, again

Former Inkhatha Freedom Party (IFP) leader, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi has tested positive for Covid-19.
This is the second time that the 93-year-old has contracted the virus.
His family confirmed the details in a statement on Monday afternoon.
Spokesperson, Dr. Bhekuyise Ngqengelele Buthelezi says Buthelezi is “relatively” asymptomatic.

“We are pleased to say that, as with his first bout in August last year, he remains relatively asymptomatic and is in good spirits. His only regret is being unable to attend the installation ceremony of the Chancellor of the University of Cape Town, Dr. Precious Moloi-Motsepe, as intended on Friday,” she says.
Buthelezi has since begun his self-isolation process at home and will be monitored by his medical team.
