Moloto bus crash claims 2 lives
Updated | By Nokukhanya Mntambo
Two people died and 39 others were injured on the notorious Moloto Road near Cullinan, east of Pretoria, on Wednesday when the bus they were travelling in veered off the road and crashed into nearby bushes.

The bus then overturned before coming to a stop.
Five people suffered serious injuries while 34 had minor cuts and bruises.
The circumstances leading up to the incident remains unclear but officials speculate that the heavy rain is likely to have contributed.

Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC) spokesperson Simon Zwane says motorists need to remain alert at all times.
Zwane advised motorists to take extra precaution during bad weather.
"Motorists are urged to exercise extra caution when driving in rainy conditions.
"We are aware that the weather service has predicted severe storms and possibility of flooding in many areas and we'd like to urge people to be cautious, " he adds.
