Murder model moms meet
The two grieving moms of murdered models today met in court after the sentencing of Thato Kutumela.
When June Steenkamp took her place in Court GD at the High Court in Pretoria to possibly hear Oscar Pistorius explaining how it came about that he shot Reeva Steenkamp, next door Busi Khumalo heard the sentencing of her daughter Zanele’s murderer, Thato Kutumela.
Jacqui Mofokeng, spokesperson of the ANCWL Gauteng describes the emotion when the two mom's met.
Kutumela was earlier found guilty of murdering and raping the mother of his unborn child in November.
He was also found guilty of stealing the teenager's night clothes and underwear to hide the fact that he had raped her.
She was found dead at her parents' home in Garsfontein, Pretoria east, in April 2011.
