Moyane, through his attorney, Eric Mabuza briefed media in Sandton on Monday morning to give the latest developments on the two processes up against him at SARS.

Last week Judge Robert Nugent dismissed Moyane's requests to suspend the Nugent Commission and expunge the evidence presented during the Commission.

Mabuza says they won't be going to court yet as the President has given them a favourable answer.

President Cyril Ramaphosa in his correspondence to Moyane has made it clear that he would wait for the outcomes of the Bham hearing scheduled on 21 July to decide on Moyane's request.
