One dies in R21 road crash
One person died during a collision between a truck, an SUV and a bakkie on the R21 North near Nellmapius Drive.
Netcare911's Shawn Herbst says the accident took place at around 2am on Wednesday morning.
"Sadly, one female occupant of the bakkie sustained fatal injuries," says Herbst.
He adds another five people were transported to various hospitals.
Herbst says circumstances leading to the incident are still unknown.
