Social Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu says children will under certain circumstances be allowed to move between provinces.

Zulu was speaking at a briefing by various ministers on the lockdown regulations in Pretoria on Wednesday.
At the start of the national lockdown, children forced to remain with the parent they were with when the lockdown began.
Zulu said there is clearly a need to move children, especially since the lockdown has been extended.

She admitted that the government faced a barrage of complaints from parents.
Parents who are separated or divorced will be required to produce a court order, documents from an attorney or the child's birth certificate when they fetch them.
