A 30-year-old pilot died on Sunday after a light Piper aircraft crashed between two houses at Isaac Peloeng Street at Huhudi, near Vryburg in the North West.

Police in Vryburg are investigating a case of culpable homicide.
It is alleged that the aircraft was flying from Vryburg to Pretoria when it crashed.
Police spokesperson, Sam Tselanyane, says the pilot was declared dead on the scene and his passenger was injured and transported to hospital.
"The families of the two affected residences were advised to vacate their houses for safety reasons pending removal of the wreckage," says Tselanyane.
He adds that the cause of the crash is still unknown.
The Civil Aviation Authority is also conducting an investigation.
