Pistorius trial enters third day
Updated | By Staff Writer
A large media contingent gathered outside the High Court in Pretoria early on Wednesday morning for the third day of paralympian Oscar Pistorius's murder trial.

A few police cars were stationed along the street outside, while journalists were preparing for the day, many with a cup of coffee in hand.
Cameramen were setting up for live broadcasts.
Pretoria remained overcast but the rain had stopped.
Pistorius, 27, is accused of murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp on February 14 last year.
Pistorius claims he mistook her for a burglar.
On Tuesday, the second day of trial, two witnesses took the stand, including IT designer Charl Johnson.
He testified that he and his wife Michelle Burger were woken up by piercing cries, followed by gunshots in the early hours of Valentine's Day last year.
Johnson's testimony confirmed in detail what Burger had told the court on Monday.
Another witness, Pistorius neighbour Estelle van der Merwe, told the court she heard loud voices coming from the direction of Pistorius's home on the night of the shooting.
Johnson is expected back on the witness stand on Wednesday.
