School boy in court for stabbing fellow pupil to death
A teenager accused of stabbing a 17-year-old fellow pupil to death appeared briefly in the Bafokeng Magistrate’s Court in Tlhabane near Rustenburg, on Thursday.
The case against Kabelo Sili (18) was postponed to 21 September for a bail application.
Sili allegedly knifed his schoolmate on Tuesday in Lethabong near Rustenburg during a fight. Another learner was stabbed in the thigh and was taken to hospital.
North West police denied the stabbings were gang-related.
