Second bail application for Tshegofatso Pule murder accused

Murder accused Ntutukho Shoba has lodged a second bail application, citing new evidence.
Shoba is accused of planning the murder of his 8-month-pregnant lover Tegofatso Pule.
Pule’s body was found hanging from a tree in a veld in Roodepoort.
Shoba was implicated by the man whom he allegedly hired to kill Pule.

Muzikayise Malephane implicated Shoba after reaching a plea and sentencing agreement with the state.
The matter was remanded until March 25 after his first bail bid was denied in the Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court.
Spokesperson for the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in Gauteng Phindi Mjonondwane says Shoba has also appointed a new legal team.
Shoba is facing charges of premeditated murder, conspiracy to commit murder and defeating the ends of justice.
