Second cholera case detected in Limpopo
Updated | By Sinethemba Madolo
A second case of cholera has been confirmed in the Blouberg municipal area in Limpopo.

Spokesperson for the provincial health department, Neil Shiwabana says the case has been traced back to a Zimbabwean man who works on a farm in the area.
Shiwabana says the man recently travelled back home and began to feel unwell.
He then sought medical attention when he arrived back in South Africa.
"Now upon return he fell sick and was taken to hospital where a statement was taken and was confirmed that it's a case of cholera," Shiwabana says.
He says the department has since conducted several studies to ensure the local drinking water is clean.
"There is no trace if cholera in the area. We still believe it is a case if transferred sickness."
Another migrant farm worker from Zimbabwe working and living in Alldays, Limpopo, was diagnosed with cholera earlier this month.
