The man accused of killing the ANC's eThekwini regional secretary will appear in the Durban High Court on Tuesday.
The man accused of killing the ANC's eThekwini regional secretary will appear in the Durban High Court on Tuesday.
Xolani Zulu will be back in the dock nearly two years after he was granted R15,000 bail.
Zulu is accused of killing African National Congress official Sbu Sibiya near his house in Inanda, Durban, in July 2006. He was arrested in 2008.
He was refused bail in October 2011. Zulu appealed the decision in the high court and got bail in December that year.
