ER24 spokesman Luyanda Majija said when paramedics arrived they found two men and one woman had been ejected from a vehicle.
An injured man remained in the vehicle and he was transported to Sebokeng Hospital for treatment.
A man was also killed when his vehicle crashed into a tree on Frikkie Meyer boulevard in the town early on Sunday.
Four people he had been travelling with were trapped in the car and had to be extracted. They were taken to hospital for treatment after they were freed.
On Saturday night, three people died and a seven-year-old child and a passenger were in a critical condition in hospital after a crash involving three motor vehicles on the Golden Highway near Orange Farm, Obed Sibasa, spokesman for Gauteng's department of community safety said.
The man and his wife -- both believed to 31 years old -- and the driver of a BMW were killed.
The child and injured passenger were taken to hospital for treatment.
Police will investigate possible drunk driving as a cause of the accident.
