Alleged satanic killer of Kirsty Theologo vowed to tell the truth in the High Court in Johannesburg on Thursday.

Alleged satanic killer Linden Wagner vowed to tell the truth and nothing but the truth, "so help me God", in the High Court in Johannesburg, sitting in Palm Ridge, on Thursday.
Judge Geraldine Borchers was swearing him in to continue his testimony in his trial, with three others, on charges of killing Kirsty Theologo and attempting to kill her 14-year-old friend in a satanic ritual.
Wagner has already testified that he repeatedly hit Theologo,18, on the head with a rock, doused her with petrol and set her alight on a hill in Linmeyer, Johannesburg, in October 2011.
He also attacked Theologo's friend, who survived the attack.
He said the attack was part of a satanic soul-selling ritual he carried out in the hope of gaining power, wisdom, money, and fame, at the expense of all emotion.
On Thursday, photographers took pictures of Wagner and two of his co-accused, Harvey Isha and Robin Harwood, as they stood together before the proceedings started.
The three ignored the girl who survived the attack when she commented that they should embrace the attention: "They said they wanted to be famous so they shouldn't be hiding."
A short while later the fourth accused Courtney Daniels joined them in the dock. She did not speak to them.
Relatives of the accused were also in court on Thursday.
Harwood, wearing a grey shirt, turned around, smiled, and waved at his mother.
Two others, Jeremy King and Lester Moody, earlier confessed to the crime and were each sentenced to 17 years' imprisonment, five of them suspended.
