Soutpansberg Road closed after crash
Updated | By JacarandaFM News
The Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD) says Soutpansberg Road in Pretoria has been closed following a crash on the corner of Viljoen Street.
TMPD spokesperson Isaac Mahamba says two vehicles and a pedestrian were involved in the crash.
"Unfortunately a pedestrian passed away on the scene," says Mahamba.
All lanes in both directions are closed. Mahamba says motorists are advised to use alternative routes.
"The road will remain closed for the next hour or so while the South African Police Service is investigating the cause of the accident," says Mahamba.
