Tshwane Mayor Stevens Mokgalapa will be placed on special leave pending investigations into his conduct.
Over the weekend, an audio clip was widely shared on social media in which two people, supposedly Mogalapa and Transport MMC Sheila Senkubuge, can be heard discussing upcoming court cases.
