Traffic cops in money video suspended
Updated | By Jacaranda FM News
Two Gauteng traffic officers have been suspended after a
controversial video surfaced online.

The two uniformed officers can be seen dancing to loud music at the boot of their car with their lunch packs filled to the brim with banknotes.
They then used the notes to pick at their teeth.
The Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department (EMPD) spokesperson Wilfred Kgasago says the officers brought their employer into disrepute.
Kgsago says the pair is based at Tokoza Precinct in the EMPD Southern Operational Region.

"As soon as the video came to the notice of management, the search for the two traffic wardens was launched and when located they appeared before the Chief of Police who immediately served them with pre-suspension letters,” Kgasago told Jacaranda FM News.
