Paramedics say three people have been injured in a multiple vehicle collision in Mpumalanga.
A truck ploughed into a protest blockade on the N4 outside Middelburg, ER24 says.
ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring says 13 vehicles were involved in the collision.

He says it's believed the truck driver lost control of his vehicle and veered into the crowd.
